What it is

Clean JSON over the NBU's open data: official hryvnia exchange rates, rate history, the key policy rate, CPI inflation and government bond (OVDP) auctions. Agents pay per call in USDC through the x402 protocol. No sign-up, no API key.

`GET /v1/rates`	Official NBU hryvnia exchange rates on a date	$0.001
`GET /v1/rates/history`	Daily official NBU rate history for one currency	$0.003
`GET /v1/key-rate`	NBU key policy rate and overnight rates on a date	$0.001
`GET /v1/inflation`	Ukraine consumer price inflation (headline and core) for a month	$0.002
`GET /v1/ovdp/auctions`	Ukrainian government bond (OVDP) primary auction results	$0.002

Calls that fail (bad parameters, no data, NBU down) are not charged.

How to pay

Call an endpoint. You get 402 Payment Required with a PAYMENT-REQUIRED header.
Your x402 client signs a USDC payment on Base to 0x44e5eBeB366Ab69A0a3C1c05080a01FE0d8013ef.
Retry with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. You get the data and a PAYMENT-RESPONSE receipt.

Що це

Чистий JSON поверх відкритих даних НБУ: офіційні курси гривні, історія курсу, облікова ставка, інфляція (ІСЦ) і результати аукціонів ОВДП. Агенти платять за кожен виклик у USDC через протокол x402. Без реєстрації та API-ключів.

Ціни

Від $0,001 до $0,003 за виклик (таблиця вище). Невдалі виклики (помилка в параметрах, немає даних, НБУ недоступний) не оплачуються.

Як платити

Викличте ендпоінт і отримайте 402 Payment Required із заголовком PAYMENT-REQUIRED.
Клієнт x402 підписує платіж у USDC у мережі Base на адресу 0x44e5eBeB366Ab69A0a3C1c05080a01FE0d8013ef.
Повторіть запит із заголовком PAYMENT-SIGNATURE і отримайте дані та квитанцію PAYMENT-RESPONSE.
